Oleg the owner did a wonderful job.  It was done quick at a competitive price.  He installed a new bathroom fan.  He could not find the exact size but he went out of his way to find one that could be used and guaranteed the look before it was installed.  I could not be happier. Oleg repaired rotted wood surrounding the outdoor perimeter of my decking. The decking forms a lanai with outer cage attached, so it was a very delicate repair, as the cage structure is secure and in good condition. Decking was pushing outward due to the rot, and I was afraid the entire lanai would fall in a wind storm, as the cage structure was certainly being compromised.

Quality of his work was excellent. I had three bids from handymen. Oleg was not the cheapest nor the most expensive,but was a little north of the middle. I liked him immediately after meeting him. He surveyed the problem, decided the best way to do the work, discussed the details with me and gave me  an estimate on the spot - which he stuck to by the way.

The work was tedious. I watched some of it. I’d say the value I got for the priced charged was outstanding. The decking structure should last me a few more years.

Nice job, Oleg and crew. I will be calling him again in the late fall as I’ve a few other handyman projects around the house.

Had some hurricane rain seep into some fine cracks in the stucco around the rear window on the east-facing master bedroom and also saturate the ground on that wall lower down below the dirt level some stucco had been damaged during construction and never repaired So now everything's repaired and it's still raining in Florida no leaks or seepage. Handyman renovations made quick work of the sheetrock and everything that needed to be repaired and made it right. Great experience having the guys come out and caulk my crown molding, repair drywall/paint, and fix the grout job in my shower.
